Fees

Remuneration based on time spent, results or a set amount

The first meeting with our Firm is not billed, since this first encounter serves to set the framework of our involvement. After this meeting, an engagement letter is sent to the future client in order to determine the extent of the assignment entrusted to our Firm, and to determine the manner of setting our fees, deliverables and timeframes.

In principle, billing of fees is based on time spent. As an exception and depending on the nature of the assignment, ASKESIS may propose a set fee. Lastly, in matters of litigation, we are able to agree on an additional results-based fee. Do not hesitate to contact the Firm for additional information
